Registration For Victory Baseball Camp 2007

Registration: $849.00

Due to insurance purposes camp registration must be done in writing. Follow the instructions below to register your player. All players must be of High School age and played baseball in the 2007-2008 school year.

Application Instructions: 

1. Download the necessary forms by clicking on the icon below. The form is a PDF file. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and printout the documents. If you do not have Acrobat Reader please click on the Adobe icon on the left and install the FREE Reader.
2. Fill out the Registration and Medical Information form. Please fill out COMPLETELY! Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
3. Minimum $100.00 Deposit with registration
4. Write a check payable to Victory Baseball Camp for the appropriate amount listed above.
5. Mail your registration forms and check to:
